This looks stunning in principle :) There are screenshots here: http://www.ksatria.com/Products_01.html

I certainly can't wait for the release :)

Of some mild concern though is that all the screenshots concern fighting - I do hope the roleplaying elements hold as strong :) Anybody know where one can get a demo?

No demo is yet available; they're still working on the game engine, AFAIK. Aaron, who sent th post earlier, mailed me back with the following information:

Oops. Sorry. Yes that was the site I meant to send you. I monitor a computer lab at my college, so I take some time between studying to look up information. I have found these sites:

http://www.3dbulldog.com/gallery/Recent/Kraan_1.jpg
The owner of this site states he is a 3-D modeler and had this picture along with the same shot in "wire" format. I looks very close to Ksatria's Zlanbeast picture, but I would hope, due to his naming it Kraan, that its to convey a different creature. I also have sent an e-mail to the site owner about more information.

http://www.pablov3d.com/
Has many of the drawings and sketches, which he claims to be his. The site seems to have glitches as some of the links don't take you anywhere. I did not check his posted images against known content. No contact made.

http://www.scalari.net/
Another blog site with someone who claims to work at Ksatria. The most recent mention of Ksatria is Oct. 31, but a post from September states that although it appears he's quit, he has not and "still very much working for them, remotely." I have sent him an e-mail as well requesting more information.

I have an e-mail out to Ksatria, but I'm sure they get a lot of guys like me writing in for more info.

For Sommerlund and the Kai!

On the below note - should we have some kind of checklist of messages that need replies somewhere?

OK, the unanswered Contact Form mails are:

02/01/2008 Subject: My Modest Contribution <a software proposal>
14/01/2008 Subject: new statskeeper <Flash statskeeper replacement; acknowledge receipt, forward to the programmer?> 19/01/2008 Subject: Statskeeper <Flash statskeeper replacement; acknowledge receipt, forward to the programmer?>
21/01/2008 Subject: Russian translate of LW <Legal query; Jon should probably
field>
23/01/2008 Subject: Colour Maps <Legal query; Jon should probably field>
29/01/2008 Subject: Hi <general query; needs to be pointed in the direction of Mongoose>

I use Mozilla Thunderbird to automatically tag all mails from the sender "pamail.cgi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx" as Work, which displays them in orange. Once responded to (by myself or anyone else) I then tag them as normal. It's quite handy for tracking things like this.
