Subject: Broken links on the 'Book List' page.

Most of the PDF links on the 'Book List' page seem to be broken. I can't
download any of the Newsletters and can only get TMC from the 'Miscellaneous'
files. (Note that this is the 'Book List' page, not 'The Books' page.)
