I've scanned through 02SMR looking for weapons usage and 30 entries (I only noticed a single instance where the original text reminded you to update your ammo). List is below (deep breath):
4, 10, 18, 19, 23, 26, 27, 35, 40, 49, 62, 95, 103, 107, 138, 142, 163, 176, 181, 197, 223, 245, 246, 258, 266, 271, 292, 318, 319 and 348).
sect8: monumentous -> monumental [irs: monumentous isn't in the dictionary] sect23: "you raise your weapon and unleash a round of fire at the door." -> "you raise your weapon and fire at the door." [irs: If you are using a machine pistol, this would be 6 rounds, not 1.]
Both of those changes make sense.
sect187: [irs: In previous section (332) you lost your pistol, can it be reclaimed?] sect346: checkered vs. chequered [irs: switch to English spelling, or keep American?]
I think chequered is better, since we're going with 'storey' in Book 1.
I found several Errata items on my first pass through the book in a while, so at least I'm chipping away at the errors as early as possible.
I can only applaud your monumentous--erm, monumental efforts. ;-)
