Actually I am having a look at the black berry emulator right now. Looks very much like Windows XP, even at the desktop with the green hills thing.

JohnPG search for all of your Jaws scripts at http://www.blindcrawler.com/
Also be sure to check out Blind Crawler's Legend of the Green Dragon server at http://www.blindcrawler.com/lotg/
There will be more to come from Blind Crawler very soon.

you totallydidn't get my message. I am not asking for rim to bring accessibility to us. because i believe the tools are already there. why aren't we doing it for ourselves?

No, seriously, folks, a big reason is probably that the blind and disabled communities are seen as too small a market to be bothered with. Start making noise, folks; as the old saying goes, it's the squeaky wheel that gets the
grease.

Subject: black berry accessibility

hi:

I have two questions.

so the blind community in whole can all agree that the black berries
as of yet have no solution to them for blind users. my question is,
since theblack berry os andits applications are all or mainly java
based then why hasn't the available java resources been used to hack
a blind solution together?

I know there is a very small fot print java bases speech synth
andwell rim offers all their sdk's for free so then, I am curious why
the nfb etc are asking for accessibility changes etc, what is
stopping the blind from making it happen now.?
