Ok I just realized I don't have a track pad and I also have tried clicking with a mouse but something is wrong with my mac maybe my wife screwed it up when she was using it. My f1 to f4 keys don't seem to do what they are supposed to is there a way to reset all the default key functionalities? I can do all the f5 keys fine but when I do things like f2 and f3 no matter the modifiers I am not getting anything. Have you ever come across this? Now, the article is not written very clearly, however, following the steps I was able to open up my xib file and add a static label to the main view. When I opened my project in XCode I navigated to the table and interacted with it. I expanded Resources I made sure that Cursor Tracking was on VO + Shift + F3 I Made sure that the XIB file was in the focus VO + F3 I Double-clicked by pressing down on the trackpad twice quickly. ** Note I did not just touch the trackpad, I actually pressed it down twice quickly. If its accessible I haven't found the right combination which is surprising if you get it to work let me know. I have everything installed and I have even got a project started I just can't seem to click on that f-en xib file and believe me I have the mouse routed but it seems to land on the "eng" keyword at the end of the line and I can't get the mouse to move right. I would think it should actually land on the file name but it doesn't seem to and there doesn't seem tob e a way to get it there. After in the interface builder I have tried using the drag and drop features of the mouse but again I can't seem to get a hold of the control. So if you find out how just drop the instructions here I have a few projects on hold till I get this working. I have heard that XCode interface builder was not accessible in Leopard, but that it is accessible (with effort) in Snow Leopard. Which version of OS/X are you running? I have not been able to create dialogs with the interface builder because I cannot click on the main.xib with the vo-commands. I can also not find a way to drag the controls all though after my wife opens the interface builder I can see the controls fine. I would count this about 95 % accessible and only needs a little more push to be able to develop for the Mac. Am I missing something? I do not want to use anything but coco and the xcode environment at this time. Ken
