Hey,

Took a quick glance at the site page and it looks like he's probably using 
win32 to draw / set text directly to the screen.  This makes the job of 
accessibility on the app side harder.  Have you considered writing Jaws scripts 
for it?  Unless he makes that list of strings focusable in some way (i.e. 
hosting the text in a read only textfield), it will be difficult to make it 
work.

If he's instead using some kind of framework like MFC, then you can point him 
to the framework level support for MSAA.

I would start with what Microsoft technology he's using to draw his UI and go 
from there.
