I also think you need to keep current with the acces bridge.

I think that if you search for "accessibility" on
www.sun.com<http://www.sun.com> that you will find the different versions of
the bridges. On 04/29/2010 01:55 PM, Andreas Stefik wrote:
Anyone have a link to the mac or unix versions? A quick google search didn't

Hi,
I may be way off on this, but I thought that Java accessibility was supposed to
just work in the Linux and UNIX world. Feel free to correct me if necessary. I
thought that if you use the Swing classes that assistive devices in that world
know to look somewhere and get the information they need.

Subject: Java Access Bridge

There has been some discussion on this list about the java access bridge and
java in general lately. I was digging through the executable online and noticed
that the source code was embedded. Just out of curiosity, has anyone tried
porting the access bridge to other environments (e.g., linux, mac, 64 bit
windows)?

Just curious,

Stefik
