The installer downloaded was pycharm-community-2021.3.1.exe, and, pulled it off the following page - you need to make sure you download the community edition, and, not the free trial of the pro version:

Anyway, haven't given it too much of a go/run as of yet, but, if it tries to specifically offer screenreader compatibility, will definitely see what it has to offer - hence sharing it here, in case of interest to others.
