Hi all,

Isidor here from the VS Code team.
We are looking into improving VS Code on macOS with VoiceOver.
I would be interested in what are the biggest pain points you are facing with 
using VS Code with VoiceOver? There are already some issues we are aware of, 
but we would like to hear more so we bring the VS Code accessibility quality on 
macOS to be on par with Linux and Windows.

Any feedback is really appreciated
