[program-l] SayTools installation

Hi,
I've just downloaded the installer for SayTools and tried to run it, but
receive the following error:
Error
graphic 132 An error occurred while trying to replace the existing
file:C:\WINDOWS\system32\msvcp71.dll
Delete File failed; code 5.
Access is denied.
Click Retry to try again, Ignore to skip this file (not recommended), or
Abort to cancel installation.
Abort Retry Ignore
I've attempted retries, but no joy. I've also tried rebooting then
disabling as many running services as I can, with no better result. Has
anybody encountered this issue and know of a safe fix, please?
