Apart from needing to generally hit the alt key and then use cursor keys to try navigate around it's form of a menu structure, or sometimes key commands, the most important set of keyboard commands seems to be (for me anyway): Alt key,wait around a second, hit the H key for home, hit the X key and wait a tiny bit, and then hit the V key.
This will make it display the HTML based message in internet explorer instead of trying to use it's MSWord virtual display frame.
While won't say I like outlook 2007 too much, it's usable along with jaws 10 or jaws 11 beta.
