I forgot to ask something. Although I won't need it at all for some
time while learning and practicing python, I wonder is anaconda
program for data science usable by us at all either by jaws or nvda?
If not do we have some alternative for data science stuff?

Yes florian, I'm gonna learn python 3 so I'll download latest version
then.
Since I'm already eclipse user I'll then choose eclipse and plug-in
that Dzhovani recommended.

to it.

You can use regular Eclipse distribution, just add the pydev plugin
to it.

Eclipse can be used for Python, I think you can use a specified
Eclipse distribution for it. Myself, I prefer either Visual Studio
Code or Visual Studio 2017.
The one tip I will give you for your third question is that
indentation is very important in Python, so make sure your screen
reader alerts you about indentation changes when working with Python.
