Oh that's good news. Rumba will probably be your problem. You need to ask to try an alternative mainframe client, to see whether you can access it better. I have very little knowledge about mainframes. I do not know if the application used to access the mainframe is a vendor or in-house application. It is called RUMBA. Please can you tell me what sort of questions I should ask the mainframe support team in order to explain my situation better? Thanks in advance. I hope that I'm wrong, and that a more accessible client might be found to give you mainframe access. There are various clients out there, but a bit more about the mainframe may be of help. I use XP and JAWS 12. However, when I open the mainframe application or natural engineer, JAWS goes quiet. It does not allow me read anything, even when I change the cursor. Please is there anyone here who has worked with either mainframe systems or natural engineer? How did you use it? Thanks in advance.
