Hi Rick,
I have used it a long time ago. It worked fine for me. I once had a NoteTab
clip book that helped me build a help file, but the clip wasn't necessary. It
just made some things more convenient.

Subject: [program-l] MS HTML Help WorkShop or? Accessibility

Hi: I am thinking of building some compiled html help files.
Is the Microsoft HTML Help WorkShop accessible or what have you used?
If you have used the MS WorkShop how well did it work for you?
