I have no idea what I should be getting.

That was run at midnight.

I just retested at 11:30 pm and I did better. 1881 download and 2232 upload. 
Last night I used the Texas one, tonight I used the L.A. one.

1434 and 1769 last night. I don't download large files or watch movies so I 
really can't say as though I need more than what I have.
