Why not just get a web host?
Godaddy will give you 100 GB for two years at $5.94/month.
Most of the online sites I've fooled with have extremely slow upload and 
download speeds.
There's a Google hack that will allow this in your gmail account , but I 
think the limit is 10MB for a single file.
