Hello again ... Thinking about my "Computer Care" folder, I might ask, "What 
are 'Administrative Tools' for and who uses them?"
The tools include the following: Component Services, Computer Management, Data 
Sources (ODBC), Event Viewer, Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration, 
Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Wizards, Performance, and Services. 

They seem very sophisticated that only someone sophisticated in computer 
technology might answer :-). --- Harold
