The sending of attachments is not permitted here so that those who don't
want it, won't get it. (some folks have to pay hourly for their net access
and downloading unwanted attachments takes too much time). We also don't
want o help promote the accidental spreading of virus, worm and Trojan files
through the group.
Also please note that this is an open list consisting of folks with
computer questions about getting the most out of their PCs. Questions about
hacking, cracking, phreaking, etc. are not permitted on this list.

Let me talk to my boss. I am cutting ties on my site for professional
reasons I will leave untold. I have all the databases, as I put them all
together, along with the upkeep. I run the site, and my boss has the server.
All the stuff is in my name, but I am letting it go. Let me see what we can
work out. Quite possibly we can substitute the PCTechTalk site with my site.
(My domain name expires in February, we could target for then.) Of course, I
don't expect it to be in my name : ) but I got a 'lil pull with the owner of
the server. I will tell you now tho, that you have got to have a domain
name. Once you have that, you could even run your own list, although I don't
like the limitations on that.
I meant exactly what I said. Thank you for having this list, for being the
person that you are, and for caring enough about your list and your members,
moderators, newbies, anybody else who benefits from your hard work.
