Hi,

I have a problem with my XP Pro computer and the USB drives (6 x USB 2).

I have two Kingston DataTraveller 4GB stick drives plus two older (USB 1)
1GB stick drives - my XP pro system will successfully read one of the 4GB
drives, but won't read the other (or the two 1GB drives). I can however read
all four drives on 3 other XP Home computers perfectly normally. I've also
got a problem with a USB printer not working, but the USB scanner works
fine.

The USB drivers are the same version (on all the PCs) and don't look to be
corrupted.

Is there a table (in the registry perhaps) where I can remove entries
manually for the devices it can't read and start again? Or can anybody offer
any other suggestions please.

Regards,

Fred
