*sigh
too bad - they're screwing themselves and people will get discusted and stop
buying from them.

Don't want a laptop....
no clue who to trust around me to build one - and who really does build them -

still looking at those medion's at Costco....(still dreaming that one day I'll
get a new PC ! LOL)

No they won't. Because they are one of the big three. You want a great
PC with great service I can recommend Toshiba laptops, and custom built
PCs depending on the builder.

It's definitely going to hit them where it hurts at some point.
they all seem to cycle thru being good and being bad and being soo so -
and caring and not caring.

For small business and enterprise users only. And they will want to
save money, so do you really think they are going to hire technical
people or the people who can read a step-by-step manual? And knowing
Dell's penchant for trying to go the cheapest way possible it won't last
long.

A friend just wrote to me that she heard that Dell got so much grief
about
moving their tech support out of the US, that they're moving it back.
Has anyone else heard this ??
