I've used both and in my opinion to truly revert a system to a prior time 
GoBack accomplishes this task better than sys restore...sys restore only 
changes system settings versus GoBack actually pictures a drive in a previous 
state and reverts it to this state, before the problem occurred.

Thanks to all who have replied.  I feel better!  I would welcome further 
comments and discussion though to provide clarification and maybe site some 
instances whereby System Restore should not be used.
Another question.  I have Norton SystemWorks and just noted that I have Go 
Back.  How is that different from System Restore?
