It's most likely put there by a registry entry that's installed by default. I am not aware of any nLite options that specifically remove it, but I also know that nLite is capable of a number of strange things like this. Remove one thing and three seemingly unrelated others are adversely affected. Have you checked the nLite forums for a similar issue?
