Maybe when you downloaded the .exe file it did not complete
(download correctly.) I've had to redo this sometimes with
software.
Why not send that .exe file to the recycle bin and try
downloading again. Just a thought.

Properties show 549 KB. Obviously it is not installed but I
don't know what
to do if double click does not do it. Right click menu does not
seem to
help. Perhaps I need to go to the website and check out the
FAQ's.
