Hi Joyce,
if it does not install by double clicking on it you may have a corrupted=
 download.
Try right clicking on the exe file and chose install or open.

If that does not work.
Use System Restore to go back to before the download or
delete that desktop link and download it again.

I like to save my downloads to a folder of the same name.
EzClean is the name I used for the Folder to save the download to.

Then after the download has completed I close it.
Then I go to where the folder is and open it and right click on the file=
 and scan it with my AV program.

Then I right click on the exe file and chose install or open.
