Hi Joyce,
I just tried this on my XP pro computer

Go to Start> Run> in the box type

regedit

Click > Enter>

Click > File>

Click > Export >

give the file and name and save it to where you want to save it.

Then go back and copy and burn the saved file to disk

I don't know why EasyCleaner is not installing correctly.

I hope the forum has an answer.

Mike I went to the backup utility and tried selecting just the registry but=

it won't let me do that (or I don't know how). It appears that I can only
back up System State which includes the registry but this will take several=

hours and I don't know how many CD's. Is there a way to just back up the
registry? There used to be as I had your tutorial on that several years
back and it seemed really easy.
