While working on my sisters Dell computer tonight, at the
myaccount/earthlink page, I was sitting there thinking about some changes I
was about to make for a few minutes, and I noticed a box popped up with a
tech support person asking if I needed help, that freaked me out a bit,
never saw that before. I did not select live tech support first.
