Maybe you have too many programs duplicating themselves...  Anti spyware, a 
good firewall and Winpatrol always on is all you need, and Spybot to clean 
any nasty that turns up :o))  I have other things in my aresenal, but they 
are extras... we are not living a sheltered life, we are living in a jungle 
out there <bg>  But the add-on (WOT) is very good in that it warns you 
before you go clicking away on sites that are dirty.
