I had a friend in the business and when he would begin a conversation with a customer, his first question always was, are you computer literate? This after he and I worked for hours trying to get a guy's email set up (via telephone) Finally, I asked how he was connecting to the Internet and he said "You mean I have to be connected to get email?" I said "It helps" and hung up....
