Sandy,

In my own defense I would like to report that in the last few months I've
been chastised (I prefer chastised instead of saying what he really did) for
cutting so much off a post that they had to back track to refresh their
memory on what the post contained and also for using TinyUrl. It appears
that TinyUrl is used in some circles to send you to bad places??? Once
advised about using the preview feature in TinyUrl the problem went away.
I really must apoligize to Gman about the post regarding Scanlog though. A
couple of days before that discussion of where scanlog could be found I had
been working on a machine with Win 2000 installed. The image of scanlog on
the root drive was still etched in my mind and when it was reported to be in
Event Viewer, or whatever, my head rolled "TILT". I haven't opened an Event
Viewer in weeks.
When I booted that machine again and opened Win Explorer, Scanlog popped
into view immediately. I got so excited about still being "sane" that I
impulsively decided to report my findings.
I opened OE and had to download over 400 msgs to find the one on Scanlog.
When I found it I typed in a rapid reply and sent it. I didn't think, or
look at the post, and didn't realize it went clear into the basement. My
apologies!
but, That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
