Hello Gman I know how to select multiple messages, though your instructions are a very good guide! What I am trying to do, having selected the messages, is to grab and drop them collectively, rather than individually, to a folder, hopefully in chronological order and not grouped under subject, and not as .dbx files Having got them, in easily readable form, into the folder, I can then back them up to my external drive. Indeed, using the excellent PT Replicator, I can do this automatically Regards Masochist ----- Original Message ----- From: "Gman" <gman.pctt@xxxxxxxxx> To: <pctechtalk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Wednesday, March 11, 2009 8:46 PM Subject: -=PCTechTalk=- Re: Exporting OE Messages --------------------------------------------------------------- Please remember to trim your replies (including this sentence and everything below it) and adjust the subject line as necessary.
