Hi Rick,
with most systems, while the computer is booting click on the delete button
to enter set up, (the BIOS)
Change the boot sequence to CD first, click on the key it tells you to to
save changes and exit.

Or boot from a Win 98 Boot disk, and choose boot from CD, you may have a
comand prompt;
C:\ or  A:\ 
type in D:\  (generally the CD drive from the boot disk)
