I started OLExpress today and got a virus warning.
I ran a full scan and found the JS/Fortright virus
in this file.
c:\Documents and Settings\DALLAS\local Setting\Temporary Internet Files\
CONTENT.IE5\C1QRG517\m[1].htm
I deleted all the mail and on the scan still found the virus
in that folder
I wanted to take a closer look at it so that I can see who e-mail it came in.
But I can't find it.
There are no folders under the Temporary Internet Files folder, just files and
cookies.
I tried doing a search for CONTENT.IE5 and C1QRG517 but was told that they was
not
valid folders.
So I moved the virus to the Virus Vault and did a search for the file m[1].htm
and
came up with no results.
So how do I find where this virus came from.
.
I use AVG and run a full scan everynight at 1:00am
So this virus did come in a e-mail I received today.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
