I'm sorry Re-Na,
For some reason I never saw the hyphen in your name before. I still don't
know how it is pronounced and have often wondered about that.

Hi Ekhart.
I know how frustrating it can be to have people mess up your name all the
time.
When they ask me how to spell my name I spell it for them and even will say
'HYPEN, NOT AND APOSTROPHE, CAPITOL 'N' - and it does no good. The write
it: Re'na or Renee' like they have seen it for other folks.

Recently I had some tests at a hospital. The admissions gal could not get
it right at all. I finally had to write it down on a piece of paper for
her. Well, I got their bill, and it was to Re'na Hanson. So much for
writing it down for her.

Anyway, I'll try to remember and get your first name correct.

(As a side note, not to start a debate or anything, the other day when you
mentioned about the flaw in OE that if you clear out your inbox then your
initial mail sent will be in a preview pane I had to laugh reading that.
(Not because it was funny.) I have so many folders in email and so many
emails.... I couldn't even imagine someone clearing out their email like
that on a regular basis. Now if they had just got a new pc, sure.
But we are all different.
Me, I'm a packrat. I guess it carries over to my email too.)

Take care.

Good advice is like good paint- it only works if applied.
