I have a brand new computer and still having problems.. My computer is a =
Gateway 4860 My operating system is windows 7
8GB Ram and 1 TB hard drive
I Have Savard Software's Service Record installed and I can=E2=80=99t =
open it. I am attaching a screen shot of what comes up.
What do you think is happening? I would appreciate any suggestions
