[pchelpers] Help with Office XP

I subscribed a few minutes ago but am not sure that I am using the
correct email address (since I have only used the forum from my home
address in the past).
I am using Office XP with the Win 98 OS on one of our computers.
I am not able to open or view some of the files in Clipart with the .asp
extension.
I have tried associating it with MS-Word but a message is displayed
advising that "The file extension .asp is ready in use by file type
aspfile".
The MS Knowledge base gives me no joy either.
My daughter's computer running Windows XP and Office XP opens .asp files
just fine.
Does someone out there know how to correct this fault?
