[pasmembers] Re: What did we decide on the weather?

Group, what do you see? Are we in agreement of Don's forecast? Usually, if
there are any clouds, there are too many clouds, and the sites i visited,
said 50%+ cloud cover, which you know what that means, it means the sky
will mostly be over cast because 50% to the weather people isn't the same
as 50% to us astronomers.

Give me the go ahead to cancel, if that is what we agree on. Please help me
make this decision.
