Keeping in mind that if the soil holds much residual moisture, the dobs
will tend to dew-up.

The weather radar show the rain to be mostly to the east of us...we
might get a little more rain today but not much. For tomorrow night look
it looks like 30-50% cloud cover with 50% at the start and clearing to
about 30%. As for cancelling I am stil;l not certain...I say we give it
a few mopre hours and see if we get anymore rain and check the forecast
for tomorrow.

The ground is pretty wet and there are some puddles to the West
of the dome. It may dry if we don't get anymore rain, but I'll let the
weather watchers predict that one :-)

Here is the view from my office as of 11:55 AM.

I'm thinking the same thing as Eric,

too wet to do the star party tomorrow night.

Are we thinking of canceling? It is easier

for me to cancel it now, and get in touch

with those who RSVP'd, than to

wait until tomorrow to do it.

        What is the verdict?

Jenny, do you know how wet it is over by

        the Telescope Dome?

And at this moment, we have 2 RSVP's for the

        star party ONLY.

Who is bringing their telescopes in this wet?

        Give me your input. Thanks

        Terri

Good friends are like stars. You don't always

I'm seeing 30 - 50% cloud cover. Not only that, but
there's a lot of rain falling today - I think it might still be wet
enough to cause issues tomorrow...
