I love the flavours on this chicken. Looks like a good firepit cook.
Lamb shoulder seems to be in short supply here, at least at a decent price. I
mean 2 legs, 2 shoulders per lamb.. legs are cheap and plentiful. But shoulders
are in short supply and expensive?
