Hi Eric; Well..... let's plan on the Sake intro in October... this will allow anyone who wants to give it a try the time to give it a shot over the winter months when it's best to do so. I promise to keep it short, relatively simple, straight forward, and provide a sample of my attempt at a premium grade Sake at 40+ proof. These are NOT available here in the states due to tax laws and if you manage to find an imported commercial premium grade at 16% ABV in this area, you're lucky indeed. So if someone has access to a shop (One Stop or some place like it) that MIGHT have these, please bring a premium commercial example such as SakeOne style products made in Oregon.
