I do not have a presenter yet for the rest of the year, luckily you all are making easy with really great topics. I know it's short notice for next week's meeting so if you have a prepared talk then take this one and I will work from there to fill out the remaining months. Are there any local people with specific knowledge that you would like to talk to? I was thinking an area winemaker/distiller/vinegar(brewer?). Dave you have to let us in on the Sake.
