As I said in the article, it's just my guess. Oracle may decide to change
their policy and start doing a XE release for ever release, not every
second release, in which case you might see it a lot sooner. There was no
indication at OOW15 of a change in approach like this, so I'm still working
on the basis of 1st patch set of 2nd release per version, so I'm totally
guessing at some time after mid 2017. I have no insider knowledge, so time
will tell. :)
