Since when is that relevant?
The form of the job description is what's important, its relevance to
reality is totally superfluous.
I'm reminded of the job ads asking for folks with 5 yeasr of
experience in SQLForms 10, 1 month after Forms 10 was announced. 
Same "thought" process, same relevance...

Ah yes: ignore all the above, I'm a "dangerous recalcitrant"...

 Positions: Oracle DBA (Several Positions)

 Location: A major city in Kansas. ("Pack and Move" Relocation 
 Assistance is provided)

 Salary: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 depends on experience. No bonus but 
 great stock options and 401K plan.

 Descritpion:
 As a Database Administrator you will assist in the support of Oracle
10g,
 11g, and 12c Databases on LINUX, AIX, and HPUX platforms. This role
is
 responsible for providing database support, performance tuning, and
 technology upgrades on Oracle 10g, 11g, and 12c in both an
 online-transactional and online-analytical processing environment.
This
 team will require you to manage the stability and uptime of client 
 databases
 in relation to service-level agreements in
 place. A core function of this role is to troubleshoot and research
 issues related to database performance, query performance, space 
 management,
 and other technical issues, which may require working with Oracle
Support.
 You will have the opportunity to work on projects to improve
automation,
 operation stability, and performance by researching new features and
 functionality with each Oracle release. The DBA will be responsible
for
 ensuring database configurations, processes, and jobs comply with 
 published
 standards and policies.

 Perks:
 This is an opportunity to work in a "community" of DBA's.
 You will be working 50 hours week on average BUT
 they have an amazing on-site gym with equipment, a full size
basketball
 court, lap lanes in a pool and aerobics classes. They have an on site
day
 care facility also that is accredited.

 Requirements:
 -Ideally wants someone with 3+ years of oracle DBA experience..10g
orlater
 but will look at folks with only 1-2.
 -Willingness to work overtime and/or irregular hrs when needed.

 Plusses: Oracle Certification
 10g,11g, 12c experience
 Cost (CBO) and Rule (RBO) Base Optimization experience
 RAC & CRS experienced
 OEM & AWR experience
 1 + years of SQL coding experience
 Experience with MS SQLSERV
 Experience with MySQL
 Experience with IBM DB2
