Ok, that would be great. We find if we close capture, and then attempt again
we have the same review result.

It looks like there may be a pattern here?

Denice,

    Have had the same things happening on a newly installed OCT plus at one of
our outreach clinics. We close the capture program and reopen and it seems to
fix the review problem. I was going to run this by Heidelberg tomorrow. I'll
let you know what I find out.

* Occasionally, and I have not recognized a pattern, we get hiccups
where we have one site license trying to view a file and cannot

*         Same file NOT opened

* Heidelberg at mother ship not even being used

* Heidelberg at site license opens, files are seen, no problem, EXCEPT
a particular file from a particular date won't open. "Shared access violation"
*         But, it isn't

* And then later, you can open the file just fine

Any thoughts?
