Denice We have the same problem popping sporadically When that happens I terminate the capture, or viewer software, then click and open “My Computer” and look at mapped drives or network drives, and see if any went offline! Usually the problem goes away if you double click on the drive that went offline so it becomes online again. On odd times that don’t help, a PC restart usually fixes it. This happens on Windows networking when the capture/viewer station loses the connection with the shared or mapped drive/folder I guess.
