So, did you buy the shorts? And I'll just bet that things in that envelop
changed monthly.

One of the weird things I attempted reading when I first received my optacon
was the paper sleeve covering a straw--good test of tracking skills. No, I
don't remember what it said.

Our Canadian money is a lot easier to read than that of our gentle southern
neighbours! About a week after returning home, and not yet anyway near a
competent user, I decided to help a friend sort out his money. In the
process of telling him about the variety of information I could read on one
of his bills, I found this strange word in a place near a lot of other code
type numbers and asked him what it was--the letters were D I X. Because I
was so focused on information identification and not necessarily
interpretation, it took us a while to figure out what most of you have
already grasped--I had found the French word for ten--Oh Canada!

Doug: Cashing in when it makes cents.

I was sort of expecting some ad for an exotic perfume or lingerie but
what did I see :
"Jockey Shorts".
