FYI: ARRL Antenna Book depicts several circularly polarized antennas...most
used for SATCOM.

Most (not all) of the following frequency independent antennas are CP:

Jasik's "Antenna Engineering Handbook" depicts how four log periodic antenna
structures
can be arranged as four sides of a pyramid, with two side arrays offset from
the top/bottom
arrays to provide circular polarization, similar to fol. Quad Zig-Zag Array:

[Reading forward, you'll see it identified as a JFD TV Antenna.]
