And, that tends to prove my point -- maybe even a broader point, even.  To
get the transmit gain, you have to stack the units into many bays.  Of
course, that also tends to flatten the vertical RF field (good for far
field) leading to desire for null fill.

It would be a very good thing if your station were sharing that wideband
unit with other stations.

16 bays of just about anything (correctly phased and connected) will result
in good gain, but unlikely to fit in Doug's apartment window.
