Of course not. Like with the computer OS I use (Mac OS-X), it is 
trivially simple to set up a personality for each user.  No doubt 
this would link up with other resources on the in-home network 
belonging to each user. TI demoed this at CES 2-3 years ago.

Why is this such a difficult concept to understand?
