ATSC receivers are ONLY mandated for sets that have receivers in 
them. The question that needs to be asked, is whether the CE 
manufacturers will put NTSC/ATSC/Cable tuners into these large 
displays, or take out the NTSC receiver (i.e. just a monitor)?
