You're so gullible. The premium services that "remain ad free" are the reason 
why MVPD monthly bills have gone up faster than inflation, Craig.

There's no escaping the fact that all of these growth curves are S curves. 
Consumers used to go running after the cable truck, and now their fees grow 
faster than inflation.
